I had a friend who used aol (she knows nothing about comps), their software screwed her comp up so bad I had to call tech support to get her back on line. after 20min on hold I get connected to an Ivan who can hardly speak english (not to mention he had a HEAVY accent), from what I could make out he blamed the problem on my video cards network access on the problem. at that I hung up. I convince her to use juno for dial up, she comes to me 3 weeks later saying AOL wouldnt stop billing her, she had to change bank account numbers to shake them off because billing would hang up on her.
