Looking to network with designers for future opportunities

I am looking to take my consulting company to the next level, part of this is offering design services. I am looking for talented designers to do contract work for me. If you match the criteria below, please PM me with your past works and rates (I am fine with by the design and by the hour).

• Must be a US resident
• Must be 18 or over
• Must be willing to sign contracts
• Must meet agreed deadlines (I am very serious about this requirement)

Other Details
QSD Consulting gets complete ownership on the design upon final payment. You will not be given credit on the company's portfolio, although you may credit yourself on yours and retain a copy for such purposes. All transactions will be done on a 1099 for tax purposes.
