Would anyone like an image uploader?

I had the image uploader; Flare Uploads, created for me. you can find a preview here:

Its all coded, and its all waiting for you inside a zip folder. Their is also an admin cp, that will allow you to view all of the images that have been uploaded with a check box under then so if you feel that any are inappropriate, you may check them and click the delete button and they will no longer work.

I will be willing to offer all this to you in return for one design.

its coded in php and one of the main reasons i'm doing this is because I don't have the money to pay for a host, so I uploaded it to freewebs, which you can't see most of it because it does not allow php but:

and I foregot to mention, theirs also a place for advertising on the bottom, to put the google adsense code in, I will keep looking for a coded preview (i'll find one) and more designs,
