Old  Contract Help Request For Content Writers

I saw the thread and excellent contract for designers. However, I would like some help with a contract for my content writing.

Is there a sample contract I could use for content writing? However - even if I have a signed contract and the client decides not to pay the balance, what are my options? Especially if the client is not in the United States.....

In the past, I have not used contracts and have always been paid - except for a client in the UK who kept promising to pay "next week" and has not yet done so. Initially, he paid on time. I sent him one article each week and he paid for all 4 at the end of the month. He even phoned me once before he became delinquent to tell me how important it is for him to pay on time as he himself likes to be paid on time. He then called back an hour later to tell me something else about the payment. Then after the next 4 articles, he has yet to pay and occasionally emails me a lame excuse but no payment.
