Very nice changes Alex, I see you have dropped from 12 thumbs to 8, it is much better.

Everything is real good, but the changed intro should have a white background, the light pastel yellow/brown background does not look too good. Maybe have the dotted bottom border and try a dotted top border with it??

You're also going to have to look into making a better gallery archive page, currently there is way too much visuals going on in there. Break the archives up into categories with text links, not images maybe?

I updated the top a bit

I would try removing the little red bar at the top, doesn't have enough contrast, and the background gradient has little lines in it.
