the first is much better, the grunge sorta gives it that little bit more umph. Good job.

i really like it but i would say that i think the grunge needs some work. Atm i prefer it without but it would look better with some better grunge brushes.

I need a lesson using grunge. I agree that it looks better with the grunge but I also agree that the grunge I did isn't the best...
I'll show everyone an update soon.
BTW, I used photoshop for this. I could have easily done the same in illustrator but I only have that at my school so I was forced to use photoshop last night at my house.

i dont care for the grunge version but theres one thing on both i dislike which is the fonts, the multi color looks bad and makes it hard to read.

mix the old one and the new one.
take the new one and just add that bg gradient back, it looked good. and add some of the grunge back, not too much like the first one, but some here and there.

I will be updating the thread periodically. I didn't want to do a full site without getting critism on this so I could move on.
