How do I know its him? Well..
On July 22nd he made a thread on CodedFx, advertising his new hosting company.

For the unregistered users..
His username is: smackheadshow
His post content says:

Now, on TalkFreeLance he also made a very similar post yesterday..

He has been banned at least 3-4 times from TFL, and has kept on remaking new accounts.

I noticed this too. God he is annoying.

just tell an administrator and explain the whole story in full detail, and they will probably ip ban him..

That won't do anything. He has his own server. He can access the site through remote connection and use the server's ip.

Well he's not using the same IP as his older accounts so an IP ban probably won't help but I'll ban his latest account and members will just have to try and avoid him as best they can.
