Old  [Help] Terms and use of graphics.

hey all!

i am trying to launch a site that focus on free icons and bullets (i know, seen those around here lately ^^ ). so i just dont want people selling them and not notify the buyer that the icons on the template is unique. (yes people would be able to use them in anyway they want "almost " with no strings attached)

and because my poor language skills im pretty much stuck, so if anyone could direct me to more info or is friendly enought to help me out, i would appreciate it. thanks

-"every time you use icons/bullets from www.domainname.com, you have to eat a banana"

so they have to eat a banana every time they use it? (i know i cant check it but its just a way to show what i mean)

I don't think that's possible. With scripts you can encode them and such to alert the server if a user has run a invalid/illegal copy but images are entirely different. Your best bet would be to include a text file with some copyright information including possible consequences of illegal use?

At the end of the day, no matter what methods you try and enforce to project your work, people will always get around them.
