You can't really tell who is a serious bidder right now on those thing those auctions and the 360's themselves. There are quite a few people out there thinking they are doing everyone a favor by putting bids into 360 auctions and then winning and not doing anything or giving the seller bad feedback. They hate anyone who bought a 360 on launch to sell it on Ebay, they think those people are selfish and contributed to the Xbox 360 shortage The buyers also have really no record at all also so it doesn't hurt them at all :s Would be funny if the sellers took action against them and they had to pay.

He says in "Platform: Microsoft XBox 360", so if you can't access the email through the XBox, that would mean the product isn't as described and could take some action to be refunded .

Wow that sux. He'll get out of it, it's illegal to sell gmail addresses. Pretty funny. I must say that i don't read the item description sometimes when in a hurry, but of something that expensive I sure would!
