  Old  Website for advertising company CYBER ADS

Hi,
Thank you for being part of your forum.
I need help on creating a website for a company who host/advertise companies/businesses. They saw something similar to this website if I may show it:
<URL snipped>

See what they want:

I would like it as follows:
when you open the website, it should open with my home page (logo etc) in the background and the different ads in the front.
like that small blocks. then only when you click on a block does the ad open in the background.
however, once the ad that is selected is opened, the details of the ad should be more visible.
maybe let the blocks disappear and then when you want to select another ad, just move the cursor somewhere over the page and the blocks will appear again. If that can be possible, i do not need 10 pages anymore. one for the home page with the blocks on and one for archiving.

Can you help me wit a site where I can design this. I used WIX but this cannot be done there. I am a beginner in web design.

Thanks, George
