Expo looking for Sponsors

The Webmaster Resource Expo will be an annual event held by the Imusion Studio community. This Expo will bring together webmasters from around the world to test each individual's skills in the field.

Participants will be allowed to submit as many entries as they want into several predefined categories that fall under the broad category of "webmaster resources", these things can range from forum skins, tutorials for graphic programs, all the way to blank affiliate banners, and a whole range of other things.

We will then open the voting to the public where the top 10 in each category will advance to "The Judges". We will have 5 guest judges from high profile graphic sites that will use a formula we have derived for choosing the top 3 in each category. This judging process will be very unique and is guaranteed to bring a lot of excitement among participants. We have purposely omitted several details about the judging process to keep it from prying eyes, but upon the opening of the Expo, full details of our voting process will be revealed and it will be sure to thrill everyone.

The Webmaster Resource Expo is expected to draw in a lot of traffic, many young graphic enthusiasts, and aspiring webmasters from all around the globe. Imusion Studio already receives approximately 2000+ unique visitors everyday. While this Expo is running we are expecting this traffic to soar even higher, so this will be a prime opportunity for sponsors and advertisers to reach out and get noticed.

That being said, an Expo of this scale needs sponsors and we are no exception. We are seeking sponsors to help provide funding for prizes, provide services as prizes, or to provide actual purchased items. We will set aside an Expo prize fund where sponsors can donate money into the fund where we will later use to determine what prizes to purchase. Prizes we are hoping to either purchase through the combined funds and/or through sponsors providing the actual prize are items such as: domains, hosting, Imusion Studio t-shirts, Apple iPods(nano, video, shuffle), Creative Zen V, digital camera(Canon, Kodak), Wacom Pen Tablet, keyboard/mouse combo, Sony Playstation Portable, DS Lite, Xbox 360

Now you ask, what do sponsors get in returned? Well you will be featured on the contest page(of course) for as long as the contest runs and even afterwards when the contest is archived away. We will feature a set of sponsors everday and each sponsor will be able to have "a word from our sponsors" message. Those who make donations will also be featured on a donations list, showing how much you donated into the prize fund.
