Old  Ever been stung by AngelNetworkz.net ?

AngelNetworkz.net pulled a big con last year, and I was wondering if anyone on TF has also been conned by them and if they have recieved a refund from them yet.

I believe I know somebody who was stung, a close friend of mine actually. I'll ask some questions and report back

If you could, that would be great

Basically,,,,

they offered a Buy 1 Get 1 Month free. However you needed to pre-pay for several months in advance.

They did not pay the DataCenters and all the servers got pulled.

Then we are all out of pocket as they did not issue refunds to most (if any).

Now.... They are back in biz. WTF !!!!

Yeah, I'd never heard of them until that post where you (I think it was you, anyway) told everyone to stay away from them.

I've pretty much been blessed with my hosts. Ive used 3 now, and they've all been decent.

the fact that they spell networks with a 'z' on the end should be warning enought to stay away

Luckily ive never heard of them, but also I kinda agree with Bazza, a 1337 sounding name like that are gonna be a bunch of kids.. IMO.

And if they ripped me off I wouldnt be too happy.. I'd be looking into seeking damages for Breach of Contract.. paying them for hosting is both sides abiding into a contract, and taking away that service is breaching the contract. Unless they had in their rules they had the right to take away the service without refunds, which if was the case then whoever bought it needs to learn to research a tad harder :P

They had a great rep actually, people recomended them left and right. I was one of the unfortunate victims of this incident, but i did get a refund. Im sorry for those that didn't get a refund.
