Need someone to finish up sites for me

I have a lot of sites planned and some are 10% complete but need the content and other things added.

I need someone that can do this work for me because I have too much going on now.

I need this site made into full working order, it will be a site to compare rakeback deals from affiliates.

What I need for this site is:

• Finish Content - What is rakeback page, homepage landing text, general description text for each page
• Rakeback Calculator added (Look at homepage left column)
• 10 Rakeback deals added from affiliate sites (Look at http://www.rakerebate review.com/)
• Homepage complete, add top 3 rakeback deals from affiliates to the boxes just like on rakeback - world.com
• General tidying up so site is ready to go live

I need someone that can do a good job at a good price, I have a LOT of work available like this and if I find someone good, it will be regular work.
