Permalink Structure SEO

I'm new to Wordpress and using it on a site that I'm currently creating

I noticed that my posts have a numbered permalink structure, like:

I have no idea which permalink structure is best for SEO. Anyone have experience with this?

P.S. I'm guessing something with keywords is best, but what do I know.

There is an option on WordPress to change the permalink structure that is more SEO friendly. It's under Settings/Permalink. Examples are given.

Go to Dashboard -> Settings/Permalink

write in Custom Url

I imported All in One SEO Pack and enabled the plugin,my permalink structure is now correctly 301 redirecting

Permalink is used to convert dynamic URL into static URL by using the code
/%post name%/.html

See Permalink is used to convert dynamic URL into static URL by using the code
/%post name%/.html is acceptable but we have to think whether how prominently we can improve our ranking by inserting the categorie in to the link. So i would rather say that we can go ahead by addding categori to it.
