Old  'Credit Card' For Under 18's

My brother was telling me that he seen an ad for a credit card for under 18's. Basicly you 'top it up' and then whatever you have put on it you can use online etc..., does anyone know were you can get them?

I have a debit card and a credit card.
A teen can get a visa as long as their parent or guardian co-signs for it, meaning if you don't pay the bill they get the heat.

Ok thanks guys, but with cards such as Visa Buxx or splashplastic.com, will most / all sites accept them?

Most important, will ebay?

Splashplastic is the oldest of them all, not many places accept it. I used to use mine on www.studentbookworld.com
