WTH - xHTML & WordPress theme Coders [LONG TERM]

Hello Everyone,
I am looking for freelancers that can code in xHTML markup and create WordPress themes. The person(s) I am after have to be dedicated to their work, timely respond and be able to make the necessary modifications.

As for now I am looking for 2 quality coders, preferably I would want the coders to be located in EU due to time zones, but I am also open for coders from other parts of the world.

To speed up the process and save time to each other, here are some requirements you should present to me and other things you should really not have.

• Portfolio of live examples
• Usual turn around time
• Possibility to reach you via live chat (MSN or Skype)
• Response to emails within 2-3 hours
• In your codes I don't want to see empty divs or paragraphs (no reasons accepted)

Further instructions and agreements will be only with the person(s) i will chose.

thank you for your message. Even tho I did notice some empty elements in layouts you listed in your portfolio I do think that can be easily fixed. Mind me asking where are you from (timezone is a real killer, so would appreciate if you are in EU).

- No empty DIVs: I do have sometimes, but that's could easily be fixed.
