Web design: Notepad, and Dreamweaver. Only Dreamweaver annoys me as it tries to predict your tags.
Web Graphics: Photoshop, Flash.
Browser: I test in IE and FF.
Games: Counter strike : source, (who cant design without playing cs once in a while?)
