Easy job (HTML)

Hello ive got a design that ive made but im not able to apply it that who im in need of is just someone who makes the background there and someone who makes the text and the middle "container" so i will be able to make it my self, that im asking is just one simple HTML file (container i PHP didnt know what to write :P)
think this wont take long and i need it to be finished at least tommorrow.

the thing is that ive forgotten some of my webprogrammig skills :P
has forgotten how to make the pictures be on the right place just say if you want to help me and then i will send you the materials

Have you already coded it, but having issues with those specific parts? If so, why not post your code you have so far here?
