Yeah, the content headings like "Navigate the site" and "News and Updates", that font needs to either be edited or not even used.

You should change the fonts you are using for the menu and titles, it's very ugly and has a very large decent size and therefore needs a lot of space to the bottom for the menu items which really doesn't look very nice. If you change the font and increase the body text by 1 or 2 px then it would look much better than it does now.
