YES
FLVdownload.com will be transfered including all described before (design + source code, software)
We wont have any rights after selling this and the new owner will have ABSOLITE rights, this means, you can do whatever you want (resell, change soft, make it free, or whaterver)

I got some bid on High XXX, but i will go for a bit more, or trade the business for another running one or running forum.
For this there have been about 10 orders (i think the exact number is 12, let me find out)

I cant beleave how after download.com made this soft popular it was spread around the world
Check this http://www.p30world.com/ Its really funy to view all those arabic characters with our soft.
I we dont sell the proyect, we will make it a free tool in next month with some upgrades if possible.
