Question for all of the Space Rangers - Seriously
Guys, a friend of mine on Myspace keeps sending out these bulletins that are advertising Myspace sites, but he's not sending them. Whats going on?

There are sites that promise something, and tells people to log in through their page for it...
Then it sends bulletins through his account.
Only dumb people would fall for that... but hey, your friend did and many of mines did too.

He might have either signed up for a myspace bulliten posting service which requires him to enter his password in the signup, or someone has managed to pish his password. That way, if they have his password, they can send out bullitens using his account.

His password has probably been phished.
There's a hell of a lot of lists of accounts going around for about $10 per 1000 logins. So it's not a rare thing to happen.
