 Three Year Target
What do you want to have success in three years time with/in?
Atm, I want to see some of my projects really picking up and becoming a driving force in their markets and some personal targets.

I want to find a cure for my hands condition and become good at drawing mascots, and incorporating them into my designs.

I'm set to graduate in 2013, so that is my primary goal for the next three years. Other than that it is to keep my consulting company going so I can come straight out of school with eight years of experience.

No, I have constant tremors. My hands always shake therefore I can't draw straight lines.
My handwriting is hardly legible which is a big downside, but an even larger downside is that I can't draw the creative illustrations I have in my head. The only thing I've found that helps me not shake is alcohol, but it's not like I can do my work while being drunk all the time...

For me, my 3 year outlook is the same outlook at is is for the end of this year. Continue to run a profitable business and maybe hire in a few more people so I do less work myself and take more of a back office management position. Doubt the latter will happen, I like my job too much 
No big goals, just continue doing what I'm doing.

Firstly, to earn $10 - $50 a day through my football website (currently still only earning $2 - $4 a day through Adsense).
Secondly, turn my Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) web and graphics design business into a Private Limited (Pte Ltd).
And lastly, develop more profitable websites to earn more!
