One query though, the WPCoders design that Julian did, I've seen this on a few xhtml/css service sites already. How can that be?

Well, I need to get in contact with Chris. But he took all the portfolio to CSSRockstars.com, which im not happy with. I think if a business sells all its work/brand should go with it.

That WPCoders design has been coded many times by different people..So Chris probably did do it at some point.

Of course, the case is the same. Now, you'll have questions arising from ALMOST every new client of the same thing being coded by two coders and you'll have to answer it repeatedly.
I suggest that you release an announcement newsletter or publish an announcement to the homepage that you have acquired the site.
