see the menu the floats on the left and stays with you as you scroll? I want to do that for a simple div that will hold images that will follow you as you scroll,

can anyone point me in the direction on how to do this.. is it with margins?!

I'm not sure if dynamicdrive's menu does that although you could probably use their nice menu and then add on the scrolling javscript code. I don't think the modification should be too difficult.

Also, depending on the layout for the page you may have other options other then a scrolling menu.

The dynamic drive menu is actually pretty nice. It could probably be modified to work with CSS styles. I haven't looked into the html code they output yet.

The part where it floats would be using javascript and CSS but I think the menu itself is your concern.

I could probably setup an example of what I'm talking about if you want.

Yes please, i dont care for the menu, I jsut want a floating DIV that follows ur scroll on a page. I can make a menu in that after.
