I am starting to dislike Earners Host more and more...
Its one problem to another, i swear. I am getting phone calls from my client the week or the other that there is a problem with his website. Its either a downtime or an error. Now they get a new design and my database gets screwed up. I mean how can i rely on these guys to handle my business if every week or the other there is a new problem.
Now i cant even get to contact them because my logins dont work and contact us button gives me an error.
Somebody contact me from Earners Host staff, its enough that you screwed things up as it is now i would like that you would fix them.
Sorry for posting it in Talkfreelance but i dont see any other way of getting through these guys.
As a matter of a fact, please call me at 1(347)-432-3886. I need this ASAP, that error has to go when i visit http://www.teve21.com/index.php.
Please call my cell only, i wont be available online.
Thank you once again.

For quality:
Go with a reputable company.
Not a TFL host.

Yes we're all quick enough to jump to that conclusion when something goes wrong, then when a host gets a new design or does something good they're back out of that line for a bit and people praise them, then something goes **** up again. It's funny, really it is.
Michael,
I got someone to phone you today but the number wasn't ringing through, maybe no coverage, I don't know..
I appologise for the errors you may see on our website. We're working fast as possible to resume our service. Meanwhile, you may use the members area, www.earnershost.com/members to submit a ticket, you don't need to be registered to make a ticket.
I'm working on fixing your issue right now and consider your next month free, I know how annoying these type of things can be.
Warm regards,
Jamie

You get what you pay for, IT DOESN'T MATTER IF ITS A TF HOST!

TFL Hosts are mostly one or two people hosts. THAT MATTERS, DOESN'T IT?

There are plenty of reputable hosts that advertise here on TF. Village is right you get what you pay for, although I'm not implying anything at all about Earners Host when I say that because I don't know much about that - they could be a very good host that's just having a problem at the moment. Hosts are funny like that, little things make all the difference, lets not all jump on the hate campaign too quickly. I'm sure Jamie will get the problem sorted

Michael, your problem is now resolved. The issue with this was the permissions on the directories in the your public_html/ directory. I have corrected the permissions and the site is now loading without issue.
