Page Rank for a New Blog

Hi friends,

I own a blog and i did all the Offpage works to promote the blog(For few months) and still now i didin't get a PageRank for my blog...My question is How long will it take a blog to get Page Rank????? Please give your valuable suggestions

dont worry about page rank. PR doesn have any influence on your site..

I find that just getting a backlink from a well reputed site will at least get you a PR of something rather than the NA.

I'm not 100% sure about it, but I'm sure I've heard that they're going to stop updating PageRank now because Google feels that webmasters are giving it way too much value (which is doesn't deserve).

Indeed, PageRank is dieing. But that doesn't mean backlinking isn't important, as long as you are getting links on pages that have the same audience you are trying to attract/related to your blog so your traffic is quality.

Content of your blog will remain the most important aspect, update your blog daily if possible and you will see some changes in traffic after a while.
