Need Help Launching Community Based Food Website

I am looking for people who are interested in helping me launch a new community based food website. I am using the vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite, and I already have adequate hosting. What I am looking for is people who are familiar with Mod_Rewrite, PHP Programmers, Graphic Artists, Food Writers / Critics, and Photographers.

If you are interested, please respond to this posting with your experience level of the jobs listed above and a sample of your previous work. If you feel you are capable of doing something useful that I did not list, please mention that too.

This is a non-paid position, but if this project turns a profit, revenue will be shared appropriately.
