As of now, I have seen at least one Mod or Admin online whenever I am online. Can't get much better than that.

Heh, I love it when newbies come on and straightaway start trying to tell us how they think the forum should be run...
Anyway, while I don't think we need more staff, I do think we need staff who actually do stuff - for example, hakeem, who's an admin, but has a grand total of 3 posts and hasn't even come online since march.

Staff here's just fine. I've seen a community with 11000 members that had 10 people being staff, that worked well, so here with 5000 members, 9 staff is more than enough. @ Jono : Disagree with you, newbes have just as much the right as 3K members to express their opinion.

I try to stay active in the community and try to do whatever mod jobs need doing as quickly as possible but I'm busy with college at the moment (I finish my final year in a few weeks so I need to get as much work done as possible to make sure I get in Uni). Once I finish I should have some more time for TalkFreelance
Anyway you can be garunteed that all the staff here are dedicated to this place, they all work hard.
Thankully we also have a great community going here that doesn't need as much moderation as alot of other forums and alot of helpful members to go with it

Lol Marc, the unseen warrior! You might not be seen by the newer members but you are well respected by the older ones mate.
Thanks everyone for the vote of confidence, thanks for your opinions Bradistaina, they are noted.
I have only seen a couple of threads in the last year get slightly out of hand in a very short time due to staff being unavailable. I don't think that because of this we need more staff. What we might need is another staff member from my area, someone else from the Southern Hemisphere that watches things while the rest of you sleep
