Just found this on digg and thought it was pretty cool. A time sensative CSS switch.. just posting for anyone else to see and or use.

I can see that it has its uses, although I am not a big fan of too fancy pages. An even better trick is detection of browser type and loading corresponding CSS styles for that browser only. Really helps when there is no way to create common css that will work in all browsers.
