On Call Webmaster Needed

I need an on call webmaster to perform various tasks such as setting up sites, installing and updating scripts, making changes as required, etc.

Must have knowledge of:
Cpanel
PhP
MySql
Vbulletin
Adsense
HTML

Work could range from zero hours to 10 hours per week.

Also, If anyone knows of a company which I could hire to perform the above work, I would appreciate any info.

What would the PHP Knowledge?

Please explain more one what needed to know, I am interested, I know about cpanel, mysql, adsense, and HTML, I dont know what you mean by vB, as in coding? or installing mods? and same with php? Do you mean editing it, or writing it from scratch?

What is pay?

I am interested. I have knowledge in all of those fields, however I don't know how to code vB if that's what you mean, however I know my way around it.

Similar to Andrew, although I can code vB, Wordpress, etcetera... I just rarely advertise that fact because I find it so tedious.

Furthermore though, I'm rather an advanced PHP5 coder, I can also code AJAX, JSON, XSLT, Javascript, Ruby on Rails -- the list goes on really until my brain decides it's had far too much of this and cries out for a dose of methaqualone.
