Yeah, I edited the post reply before that last one of mine, asking for anything - "Anyone want to offer anything? $115, $110.00, $100.00? A WordPress coded theme and PSD swapped for these two I got here? Anything!?"

I just "cleaned up" the one before last one here.. that's all.. Sorry for the confusion...If you check post #5, I just edited it not long ago...that's when I did the "clean up" of it..

Current BIN is $115.00!!

Actually reason for going down in 5.00 Increments from 120.00 is, I paid 110.00 total for everything. The design PSD and Coder costs together...

PSD = 70.00
Coder = 40.00
I still owe coder = 10.00

So if I sold it at 115.00, I'm only making 105.00. Cause I still owe coder 10.00 yet. I'm at the point of "losing money!" I learned here though, and that's this - NO MORE SELLING NORMAL TEMPLATES GERD DERN IT! LOL!
