I created a fake email and started talking with him, I actually think he may be legit; just incredibly naive. I spoke to him on IM and he had asked a few unimportant questions; my name came up as an afterthought at the very end. About two hours later I got a email with a working login to Click Junction and wanted me to set up a direct deposit with them. Unless CJ can charge fees though that account or something I think he is actually trusting someone to do this for him...

My one concern that still makes me think this is a fraud is that he wanted me to send the 75% though Paypal, which does not operate in Bangladesh either. He also did not ask for my paypal address or give me his beforehand which strikes me as odd.

Wires are completely safe because the only way to recall a wire is if both parties agree to it, parties being the person who sent it and the person who received it.
