I'm not too keen on msn search to be honest, it might index you quicker and you might even see your results at the top of the engine for a while but to me that just says it's not doing it's job correctly.

Google on the other hand is, the most relevent/best sites are where they belong and it's for this reason they're the best search engine

I wouldn't be suprised to see MSN search give google a real run for their money once it goes live.

Its still a demo though, they haven't released their updated coding.

MSN does have a huge advantage over google. Microsoft's websites have always had an added ability to intergrate with anything they could put into windows--which could technically give them the edge they need in beating Google. Sure they don't have tons of support from the linux/unix community, but they do have a huge user base to work off of already.

Yeah. Its the IE principle, it took firefox years to even make a mark into the browser industry, and way too many people are still using IE even though it is a terrible security trap and an awful program. Its just there, so why change.

Isn't the default page with IE the msn homepage or sth? Which has the search on it?
