Types of Websites and Businesses that are ineligible for winning The Best Idea Award (TBIA) are as follows:

Any website with unoriginal material (i.e. templates) or unwholesome content (such as pornography or hate-speech) are not eligible for The Best Idea Award. In particular note that your website or business should not promote: pornography, hacking, warez, racism, cults, witchcraft, sexism, religious prejudice or any other forms of hatred. This above list is not exclusive and we reserve the right to disqualify any entry for any reason.
