Looks good, One necessity to a site is you need something unique (the forum template) especially in 360 sites as they are so plentiful, you have to have a nice design and nice features the competitors don't have. Good luck with the site!

The navigation need to be moved over to the right in Firefox

Edit: Also, the banner (xbox) could be better quality.

I think you should atleast display the threads to the guests, I find it annoying if i can't read the forums. I won't join up just to view it.

It will also help too if people post links to the topic on their forum, so they can see what the forums like/members/discussions.
