Do you workout?
Does anyone here work out? If so post what kind of work you do and what kind of drinks/vitamens you use.
What I do:
3x of 10 dips (triceps)
10x of 10 weighted push ups (chest, arms, back)
3x of 50 roman chairs (abdomen)
3x of 20 20lb free weight curls (arms)
3x of 50 calf raises (legs)
and some other work outs occasionally

Do you put weight in a rucksack or something?
Do you do all those in your home?

I do every night except Sunday. I have a home gym in my room that I bought about 8 months ago. I do arms one night then legs the next. I also try and run on my tredmile or outside if its nice every night if I can get around to it.
Here's the closest picture I could find of a home gym that has basically all mine does...

I play football, baseball and basketball for my school team so I need to lift. So it is easy for me to lift whenever because I have a whole gym in my basement, bench press set, squat, dead lift bar, easy curl bar, free weights and a treadmill.
What I do...
- Long distance 2-3x a week(4-6 miles)
- Speed training 3x a week (1 1/2 hours)
- Lifting 4-5x a week (1 1/2 hours)

I used to. Starting to get back into it again. Gained too much weight due to liking to cook too much -laugh-
We have a Bowflex in our house so my husband and I use it and I supplement it with exercises on the yoga ball. I will begin doing Yoga and Ballet in the fall. Dancing for hours with a woman parking steps at you is more of a workout then you ever need
