Looks good however really basic. Also dont like the design. There should be somewhere you can uplod short clips. Otherwise i could just put i own they world and i expect people to believe me? Whereas if i had a video clip footage there'd be some proof. Good starting idea needs some work.

Alright. Glad you took it the right way. I wasn't sure about my wording. It just seemed too plain. And it was a great idea so I think it needs to be developed to its full potential.

It's 90% done right now. I'm just having 1 problem with verifying it's a video (Never done video upload. Done other sorts of file upload before though)
You've not filtered the inputs on your website and so I was able to easily inject Javascript in there without too much effort at all. Try adding strip_tags like so:
