A service that Michael Angello himself would say "Well that's darn good!" to.
|
Fix this... Now! If I were a client you'd have lost me with this. Seriously.

That's going to be rewritten anyhow. Thanks though.

Your JPEG has the wrong color profile. The + and -'s in Safari don't work. I also noticed on some pages, the headers are underlined making me think that they are links. And the right side has less padding around than the left.
The design is unique, I am sure you will make it to other galleries. I like the plants though, should have water dripping to them, that'd be neat.

Good luck!
Plants look really blurry though from being resized and extracted from a white background. You can still see it on the edges.
Also, the copy is poorly written, really corny and tacky, and tries to be "too cool".
Regardless, I do wish you the best of luck!

Dunno, at rockstars we using email and email only, and we turn out more than enough work to keep a staff of five busy.

Have you always used the e-mail only philosophy? If so then that's understandable.
I was speaking from personal perspective...having used IM to converse with clients (not the only method, might I add) for so long it seems crazy to not offer that at all.
The more contact methods the merrier I say

That's the problem at our office, a lot of the time our project managers are invisible. The clients message them constantly.
Personally I have found IM more distracting. Usually when I am done I just zip it up and work out the problems through email.

WE ARE MICHAEL ANGELLO WHEN IT COMES TO CODING!
|
A bit cheesy don't ya think? Apart from that, it's Michelangelo, not Michael Angello.
Site looks good, all the best

I'm with you 100%. With very few exceptions, our AM handles every communication. We tried open project management with coders working with clients on revisions, deliveries, etc, but that was a disaster. Now our project management is all team-only. The upside for the client is that working via email with one person is a bit more personal, and even if they don't realize it, faster.
