It's very hard to ready any text tbqh. Dim down the pattern or put a different background for the text.

Other than that, your html code doesn't really justify promoting yourself as a html coder.

Also focus on who you are referring to. You freely use both I and us, giving off quite an inconsistent image. Are you a company of multiple people or only one person?

I am not changing it, I dont have any money at al lfor a new design, And i spent ages considering i am not a designer doing my website.

It's better, maybe increase the lineheight and the padding of the box a tad bit.
