well done you found someone who ripped the header off my blog template sold a year ago!

How on earth can i stop someone caopying and pasting a header! the problems with posting full design shots in places like this hence why i did not in the first place until u shouted ya mouth off!

Please get out of my topic, and stop looking for petty arguments due to what i can only see as you being either very bored or very lonely!

please dont bother posting these petty things without hard evidence!

jupp i'm so bored so i buy non-unique templates and sell them on so i end up doing extra work when they come back with complaints.

you fail to see that that is my remake of your template, my code aswell.

i dont even remember who i sold that template to, and im pretty sure it came as a side template as part of a pack i sold, and it was def sold once and once only and if i did sell it to you your poblems stem from something else.

I use to upload the psds to upload sites so maybe people accessed them..

How the hell would it be my problem that more then 1 people have the psd(s), you dont know and you upload psd's you sell as unique to upload sites.. and you say that its my problem, that if anything is ridiculous.

So i was new to the whole freelance thing back then and uploaded my designs to UPLOAD! sites (notice the name upload) yes maybe nt a full proof way to go about things but tbh out of my hands, and over a year ago!


Your crying over spilt milk that cost you $4 for a very reasonabel design that somebody has decided to rip (kind of a nice feeling knowing someone out there likes the design that much) but still very wrong!

Post again and let it be your downfall.

I't doesn't matter if it was a year ago, the coded theme is worth nothing because it isn't unique, and that becomes my problem (and yours because you screwed me, and thats the only reason i'm in this thread).

Don't even go there i've sold templates as cheap as that and that is certainly not the point, and not with the extra work done i.e wordpress integration.

Those threats are not needed, and don't quote and reply to me if you dont want any more replies... as i said in my initial post, it's reported.

The design was 100% unique and sold to you!
the design was then clearly ripped! how on earth do i come back from design after a year and do something about it?

Just because my design was ripped by another does not mean it was not unique!

You see the microsoft site? im sure they designed it to be 100% unique but lk at the 100's of rips there are now, does that mean the designer did not create a unique design becasue it is now ripped?
