  Old  CMS necessary?

Hey guys, i'm really new to this and i'm currently in the process of making myself a template for my new webpage on kompozer (nothing complex, just making a page which i will then copy and paste changing the content and filename for each new page). I'm about halfway though that but now i've discovered the existance of CMS's and i'm a little confused. For a site that will probably be around 20-25 pages in size should i be using a CMS?

You could use Wordpress or CushyCMS. The only extra value a CMS really offers is that you can easily add new content, how often will you be updating the site? I personally haven't built a site in years without a CMS, but they've all required frequent updates.
