to me it doesn't really feel like a file transfer logo, looks like a mail alert/warning/protection logo or something.

Raise the opacity on the envelope gradients by 5-10% and it will be much more visible.
I really like it, it's very web2.0 and professional looking. I'd use the site regularly with a logo like that.

The lines on the outside of the envelope look good, but darken up the lines on the inside as well.

1. Can't see the envelope at all...
2. Don't have the reflection exactly under the triangle, add a pixel between the 2.
3. The quote isn't necessary, seems to be there so you can put the P in there...
4. My idea for the logo (When I owned this), was to have a lock, with it's hoop with arrows going back and forth...

The thing behind the triangle is supposed to be an envelope? I see the rectangle, but no lines inside of it showing the cross sections of the envelope...
I like the logo IMO, but Garrett's idea does make more sense... (lock with arrows in hoop)
