nah, i doubt you will get any experienced coders working for you with no guarantee they will get paid. For all we know you get us to code the scripts and then we never see you again while you go and make money from our hard work.

We would only have your word. There is guarantee that you will even sell any licenses if they were made.

Also why would a coder want to work for you to make the script? Surely they made it on his own he/she would get all of the profits.

You know what, i've already got a coder working with me to create scripts. Our first script is complete and we're working on more....

You know what let an induvidual coder go out and make his own script which would take a month (depending on what your doing) or join up with us so everyone can collaborate and get it done in a week - to.

All legal matters are going to be taken care of us, copyrighting etc.

Go out and pay income tax when you start selling your script

You're forgetting that as a company you pay much more income tax so that's not very helpful, is it?

As a PHP coder I would only want to work for either a monthly/weekly salary or hourly salary.

Don't forget, your splitting the money between, lets say, 4 other people, so if your script was worth $200, you would only get $50.
Personally, i would rather work for a month and earn the full payment myself.

And another thing, if you were such a great business man then you would have the funds to pay for new ventures.
