Thanks for all the comments. CPR you are right the stlye/fonts are fairly common to blogs, but I have only used them on two designs of my own and only due to because I love the style and think for a blog it makes navigating around the blog alot easier.. But thanks for you comments, I'll lower the opacity a bit to see what it looks like.
The font for navigation etc is Myraid Pro with a few of the settings edited, and the links etc is Arial.
