I'd say more around the 930 RUB region, as it could contain up-to-date HTACCESS information, tutorials, hacks and the mods of Apache itself, such as MRW (Mod-Rewrite). Plus if someone's searching for "HTACCESS" itself, there's a lot of power in that domain alone -- put on top of that some decent sub-domains for each section of the site, and you've got an opulent domain there that'd make 930 RUB look like a chocolate coin.
