I guess its legit as paypal owns ebay but wanna check it out.

Did you type in www.paypal.com or hit it from a link in your e-mail? I only ask cause it could be a phishing thing.. only a sugegstion.

paypal use secure images on their site and like someone said they are owned by eBay.

I had that come up the other day too, but as everyone else said. They are owned by eBay and i checked the certificate too just to check.
