  Old  HELP with contract

Okay i have an e-contract. Now you can get the client to simply click i agree and they are bound by it. But how do i prove they clicked it ??????? And how do i prove if they did someone else didnt for them ?

Needs moving to Business and Legal help, how to prove it i don't know really, if they agree surely they wont say that diddn't? I guess you could prove it by having the page they go to when they have accepeted and show in your cpanel that there IP accessed it?

I strongly suggest you send out hardcopies Fatal. Even though electronic signatures are legally binding in your case it is just clicking a button. I recommend either faxing it or mailing it.
