I second good-tutorials.com, it's very good, i don't use tutorials often, but it's something even my Graphic Design Teacher added to the school website.. Great for beginners. Best website i've seen for tutorials in Photoshop.

today i found so many nice brushes and tutorials from

suggest other good sites for photoshop tutorials, brushes and etc.

it would help me a lot in my industrial training project.
