  Old  New themes business

Hi guys,

I'm a freelance writer who has been hired to put together a feasibility report into to starting a new themes business, and to formulate a marketing strategy for it. If anyone here has any info or tips on this subject I would love to hear them.

Also, I have been asked to find a "quality" theme designer ($20-$40 p/h, .psd files only). I don't really know where to start (I am a writer and this is not usually my line of business), so any suggestions (or even better recommendations) would be very welcome.

I know I can look on the 'Looking to hire" forum here, but my client has been disappointed by freelance designers in the past and is insistent that I find a"talented" one, and I don't know how to ensure that. Again, I would be very grateful for any ideas /pointers.

Thanks,

Dougie.
