Hey there, my pet gaming cms has been built for a long time, however now it is OOP coded and templates are very simple to install. This is an example of the code in the template file (this is the news page):

For the pages that have not quite yet been updated to OOP (4 pages in total).
This will cost you a one time fee of $300 for the template developers kit (includes wholesome readmes), and it will cost a successive $40 for every script you sell (for a 1 year license). The code will be encrypted, and is run on a secure license key system, so you must have an active license for each script you sell

Your users will have to pay an additional $40 for each year after that, to keep the license fees up.
I hope this interests you, not cheap, but worth every penny. (Note this comes with the original admin panel that you designed for me, lol, ive still not had time to update it to the new supernal media one. You can have this custom admin panel design for your scripts if you so wish).
